The DeepTechBusinessLab website is published by [TO BE COMPLETED: company name], a [TO BE COMPLETED: legal form] with a share capital of [TO BE COMPLETED: share capital], registered office [TO BE COMPLETED: registered address], registration number [TO BE COMPLETED: RCS or SIREN number], EU VAT number [TO BE COMPLETED: VAT number]. Contact: [TO BE COMPLETED: contact e-mail], [TO BE COMPLETED: phone].
2. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made on the website by consumers or businesses: buying an idea file (digital content) and the Premium subscription. You accept them by ticking the box before each order. The accepted version is stored with the order. The French version prevails.
3. What is sold
- Idea files: a digital file on a business idea built on a technology from research. Levels: Analysis (€290), Project (€590), Investor file (€990). What each level contains is described on the file page before purchase.
- Premium subscription: access to subscriber content, file tracking and e-mail alerts, and 20% off idea files. Price: €49 per month or €490 per year.
Idea files are information documents. They are not investment, legal, tax or financial advice: see the disclaimer.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT regime: [TO BE COMPLETED: applicable VAT regime]. The price to pay is shown on the checkout page before you confirm. Payment is by card through the payment provider listed in the privacy policy.
Until online payment is opened, the website runs as a demo: the "Pay (demo)" button charges nothing.
5. Order and confirmation
Orders are placed from your account. The order button clearly states the obligation to pay. After the order you receive a confirmation e-mail with the order, these terms (link to the accepted version) and, where relevant, your consent to immediate access and the loss of your right of withdrawal. This e-mail is the confirmation on a durable medium required by law.
6. Access to content
Access is given as soon as the order is confirmed, in your account. A purchased file stays available as long as the account exists and the website is online. Premium access lasts for the paid period.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from the order to withdraw, without giving a reason (French Consumer Code, articles L221-18 and following).
Idea files (digital content): before paying you may ask for immediate access. To do so you tick two boxes: the request for immediate access before the end of the withdrawal period, and the acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once access starts. The confirmation e-mail repeats this consent. In that case the file cannot be withdrawn from (article L221-28 13°).
Premium subscription (service): if you ask for the subscription to start at once, you can still withdraw within 14 days. You then pay only for the part already used, pro rata to the days elapsed (article L221-25). The rest is refunded within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the original payment method.
How to withdraw: use the "Withdraw from the contract here" function, available at the bottom of every page and in your account: enter your name, the contract and an e-mail address, then click "Confirm withdrawal". An acknowledgement is e-mailed to you at once. You can also use the model withdrawal form or any clear statement sent to [TO BE COMPLETED: contact e-mail] or by post to [TO BE COMPLETED: registered address].
8. Subscription: term, renewal and cancellation
The monthly plan runs for one month, the yearly plan for one year. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically for the same term at the price then in force. For the yearly plan, an e-mail reminds you of the renewal date and of your option not to renew, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before (article L215-1).
You can cancel at any time, free of charge, from your account ("Cancel my subscription"), in at most three clicks (article L215-1-1). The subscription then stops renewing and access stays open until the end of the paid period. An e-mail confirms the cancellation and its effective date.
9. Liability
Idea files are prepared with care from cited public sources. They may contain errors or become outdated. DeepTechBusinessLab does not guarantee the success of any project or investment based on a file. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have by law (legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services, articles L224-25-12 and following).
10. Intellectual property
Idea files are for the buyer's own use. Reselling, publishing or sharing them outside the buyer's company is not allowed without written consent. Cited sources remain the property of their authors.
11. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
12. Complaints and mediation
Complaints: [TO BE COMPLETED: contact e-mail]. If no solution is found, consumers can use the consumer mediator free of charge: [TO BE COMPLETED: mediator name], [TO BE COMPLETED: mediator website].
13. Governing law
